Hi I find it very annoying that when I stayed at a site in which I have stayed before, and uploaded information & photos in the past, then several years later, I try to put new information in I can’t, your system won’t let me, because it says I have already done so, please fix your system, as it is very annoying when the site has changed so much.
Hello,
Thank you for your message, and sorry for the frustration!
The limit only applies to reviews. Each user can leave one review per place. You can’t add a second one, but you can easily update your existing review. Find your previous review on the place’s page and edit it with your new experience. Once updated, it will move back to the top of the list with today’s date, so other travellers will see your latest feedback first.
Photos and place information are not affected by this limit:
you can add new photos to the place’s page at any time,
you can suggest changes to the place’s details (services, prices, access, etc.) so the page reflects how the site looks today.
Thanks a lot for keeping the information up to date, it really helps the whole community!
Best regards,
The CaraMaps team
