Navigation directly on your dashboard
With the arrival of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, your navigation experience reaches a whole new level.
You can now display your route directly on your vehicle’s screen. No need to handle your phone anymore, everything happens right from your dashboard!
You can easily search for a destination and start navigation in several ways:
- Using the search bar to find a city, address, or specific location
- Selecting a location directly on the map where you want to stop (motorhome area, campsite, parking area, nature spot, etc.)
- Long-pressing on the map to freely choose a starting point or destination
To use CaraMaps on your vehicle’s screen:
1. Make sure your vehicle supports Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
2.Connect your phone to your vehicle (via cable or Bluetooth) and activate Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
3. Open the CaraMaps app from your vehicle’s screen
4. Choose and start your route from your phone or directly from your vehicle’s screen
A complete app for all your road trips
This new feature is part of the ongoing development of the CaraMaps GPS and, more broadly, the app itself, which gives you access to more than 100,000 locations across Europe and helps you plan your road trips.
The CaraMaps motorhome GPS is included in the CaraMaps Premium subscription for €24.99/year or €6.99/month.
